# MapsHub — MAPS™ (Merger & Acquisition Performance Standards)

> MapsHub is the home of MAPS™ — Merger & Acquisition Performance Standards — the self-governed M&A performance framework and certification standard. MapsHub is the advisory and certification body for the standard and operates a multi-tenant SaaS product suite in **private beta**. Customer products (Academy, Virtual Vault / deal room, Navigator, Assessment) live under the authenticated **/client** path. Commercial policy is **contact-us only** — **no public dollar prices**, no self-serve checkout CTAs.

## What MAPS™ is

MAPS™ (Merger & Acquisition Performance Standards) is a comprehensive, certifiable M&A standard developed and self-governed by MapsHub — the advisory and certification body for M&A standards. MAPS™ defines best practice, enables a certification path, and supports continuous improvement for organizations navigating complex transactions. The goal: transform M&A from risky ventures into strategic value drivers through measurable standards, certification credibility, and continuous improvement.

"Conductor" is the behind-the-scenes AI orchestration engine intended to run the product suite. It is framed as a platform engine, **not** a standalone customer-facing product.

## Honesty framing (load-bearing)

- The **MAPS™ framework and the advisory practice** are engageable today — readable at /framework and via /framework/advisory + /contact.
- The **product suite** (Academy, Virtual Vault, Navigator) and multi-tenant workflows are in **private beta** under **/client**. Public /demo/* routes are previews; do not treat them as the only product path or as generally available self-serve SaaS with published plan prices.
- The primary commercial call to action is **"Contact us"** / request private-beta access — not a product purchase with listed $ tiers.
- Do not invent public plan prices or self-serve checkout SKUs. Do not claim MAPS™ certification is buyable via public checkout unless the live site says so. Do not claim SOC 2 certification unless an official report does.
