MapsHub is under active development — request early access

MAPSTM
MAPS™ Virtual VaultIn active development · 2026

An encrypted deal-room for the eight-pillar standard.

Vault is the heaviest compliance surface in the MAPS™ ecosystem — role-based access, secure enclaves, encrypted storage, and an immutable audit trail, purpose-built for diligence and post-merger collaboration. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 on launch.

Module ledger · Volume I

Five modules, one compliance surface.

A working module ledger — the surface we are building against. Module names and compliance posture are final; release sequence is indicative.

  1. Role-based access control

Granular access mapped to MAPS™ pillars and deal stage. Permissions move with the transaction — discovery, diligence, integration — so the right counterparties see the right corpus at the right moment.

    SOC 2 Type II
    Access
    RBAC · attribute-aware
  2. Secure enclaves

Encrypted workspaces for each transaction, with isolation between deal teams. Counterparty corpora never co-mingle, and revocation is instantaneous — sessions, downloads, watermarked extracts all expire on signal.

    Compliance
    ISO 27001
    Access
    Per-deal enclave
  3. Encrypted storage

AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, BYOK-capable at launch for clients who require it. Storage is region-scoped so HIPAA-tagged corpora can be pinned to Bedrock-routed inference instead of Anthropic-direct.

  4. Audit logs

Immutable, queryable audit trail across every document, every counterparty interaction, every export. Logs are first-class data — they feed the Navigator compliance dashboard and the SOC 2 evidence pipeline.

    WORM-style retention
    Access
    Read · export-only
  5. Collaborative tools

Threaded review, side-by-side redlining, and structured Q&A — purpose-built for diligence and post-merger collaboration. Designed for the heaviest compliance surface in the ecosystem, not retrofitted from a general workspace tool.

Editorial · On compliance
Diligence is the heaviest surface in the deal — the infrastructure underneath it should be the most considered.

— Platform doctrine. Vault is engineered to compliance-first posture from the first commit; SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are not retro-fitted after launch.

Scope discipline

What you can expect — and what is out of scope.

At launch
  • Role-based access mapped to MAPS™ pillars and deal stage
  • SOC 2 Type II + ISO 27001 evidence pipeline live
  • Per-deal encrypted enclaves with instantaneous revocation
  • Immutable audit trail wired into Navigator compliance dashboards
  • Anthropic-direct primary inference; Bedrock for HIPAA-tagged corpora
Not in v1
  • Standalone Vault subscription — Vault ships inside the suite, not as a point tool
  • General-purpose document storage — the surface is purpose-built for M&A diligence
  • Mocked or AI-generated counterparty data — every workspace is real-deal or off
  • Public sharing or unauthenticated previews — every interaction is scoped
  • Self-serve enterprise SSO without operator review — onboarded individually
